Service Scope

Garage Angels provides garage clean-out, sorting, organization, and one truckload of removal (garbage, recycling, and donation items). Any services beyond the stated package may require additional fees or a separate agreement.

 

Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking. A deposit is required to secure an appointment.

 

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure clear access to the garage and surrounding areas. Customers are responsible for identifying any hazardous items, restricted materials, or items they do not want removed. Customers must be available during the service for decision-making unless otherwise arranged.

 

Limitations & Exclusions

Garage Angels does not remove hazardous waste, chemicals, illegal or restricted materials. We do not perform repairs, electrical work, plumbing, or installation of storage systems. Garage Angels does not perform extermination duties or work in areas of infestation of any kind or perform work in areas where health hazards are present (including but not limited to conditions such as mold).

 

Liability

Garage Angels handles all items with due care and are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues or damage resulting from normal removal of items.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any kept items are safely secured and stored after the service is complete.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

The booking deposit fee is non-refundable. You may cancel your booking at any time and not be expected to pay the remainder of the service fee.

 

Donations & Disposal

Items designated for donation, recycling, or disposal will be handled in good faith. Once removed from the property, all items become the property of Garage Angels for appropriate processing.

 

Photo & Video Use

With customer consent, Garage Angels may capture before-and-after photos or time-lapse videos of the transformation for marketing and promotional purposes. Separate permissions will be obtained prior to any content capture.

 

Agreement to Terms

By using the website or booking a service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
